TPC Packaging took a trip to New York City earlier this month to join over 5,000 luxury packaging experts in “redefining the new industry standards together.”
Held May 7–8 at the Javits Center, the 360° trade show experience that is Luxe Pack New York brought together 200 packaging exhibitors, 5,300 industry professionals, and 20 educational sessions and workshops. While Luxe Pack 2025 featured top-tier packaging innovators from around the globe, this year’s spotlight was on a powerful shift toward domestic manufacturing, vertically integrated packaging solutions, and a sharper shift to sustainability.
Why does this matter? According to Globe News Wire, the luxury goods market is projected to reach $296.9 billion by 2026. That’s a massive opportunity and brands are rethinking how and where their packaging is made.
With attendees from iconic luxury brands like Chanel, LVMH, and Tom Ford Beauty, TPC was positioned directly in front of the global decision-makers shaping the future of luxury packaging. And we had the chance to show exactly what sets TPC apart.
Rigid box manufacturing took center stage at this year’s Luxe Pack, and for good reason. Brands are increasingly prioritizing supply chain resilience, speed to market, and sustainable production. That’s where domestic manufacturers like TPC have a clear advantage.
We’ve long championed the benefits of producing rigid and folding cartons right here in the U.S., and it was validating to see that message echoed across the show floor. In contrast to previous years, there was significantly less representation from Asian manufacturers; a reflection of shifting global dynamics and rising demand for local production partners.
Full-Service Packaging Under One Roof
What truly sets TPC apart — and resonated with attendees at Luxe Pack — is our ability to offer end-to-end packaging solutions under one roof. Not only do we manufacture high-quality rigid and folding cartons in-house, but we also provide full pack-out services, eliminating the need for multiple hand-offs and cross-country (or international) freight.
By consolidating the packaging process, we help our clients:
One of the biggest takeaways from Luxe Pack 2025 was this: flexibility is now a core pillar of luxury. Brands want agile partners who can pivot quickly, meet high standards, and deliver customized, creative packaging without the headaches. That’s exactly what TPC brings to the table and makes us more than just a packaging vendor.
We’re energized by the innovation and momentum we saw at Luxe Pack 2025. If you’re searching for a U.S.-based packaging partner that understands the stakes of luxury branding and delivers with precision, speed, and care—let’s talk.
